I'd like to make some improvements to Avro's java tools prior to the 1.3
release, in particular:
- rename the jar from avroj.jar to avro-tools.jar. the avroj name seemed good
when this was a shell script, but, as a jar it should perhaps be named
consistently with other jars.
- fix the build to copy the jar file to the top-level dist directory, for
inclusion in releases
- make the help command print the version and a link to the apache license
- include the Apache license and notice files in the jar
