Whitetimer, if you are debugging this on your computer instead of putting it on a webserver, it's going to look in the bin-debug path for resources.
For example, if you're telling it to load "Tracks/Bahrain/shakir.3ds" it will look for "bin-debug/Tracks/Bahrain/shakir.3ds" You can always upload them to a webserver and reference that path in your project, "http://www.yourdomain.com/Tracks/Bahrain/shakir.3ds" just remember that it's case-sensitive. Also, once you do get the track loaded, if you can't see it (but no more red error box saying texture or model not found) then you need to move your camera higher most likely - often you can't see the bottoms of models because they're not back-faced. for me, this is camera.y -= 200, but for you it may be camera.z -= 200;
