Yes I know that, and I already tried, really but.... I get strange results from doing so! I don't quite understand! Anyway I found that converting collada files into Away3D AS3 Classes with Prefab is far better for me and so I don't need the loader anymore.

Miroku,don't add the loader to the scene if you don't want to see the loading cube.For the prelader ,well you have got all the needed methods inside it to get bytesLoaded and bytesTotal. So from here to make a preloader is a basic AS programing .
