I understand this might not be appealing to everyone, yet I find a
Google group consisting only of tutorials, infos and soure codes can
become a great resource. To a professional developer, source codes are
like a treasure chest. It's all he will need. If someone has a
question, they can use other groups like this one or email the author
of the post and if the person has time to answer they have the option
to do so or not.I was thinking of creating a Blog, but know I won't
have time to populate it with data. In a Google group, all members can
easily post new entries and moderators just have to look over things
now and then.

Let me know if you are interested in joining the "Molehill aficionada
group".
