[away3d] KeyboardEvent not triggering but only in Safari despite event listener being on the stage?

Hello,

I am puzzled by KeyboardEvent not triggering but only in Safari (works
fine in all other browsers).
The EventListener is on the stage so that is not the issue.

Anyone has run into that?
