Details - I wrote some functions in the spirit of awful.client.focus.bydirection and awful.client.swap.bydirection but that move focus and clients across multiple screens.
I attach a patch with two new functions: awful.client.focus.global_bydirection
and awful.client.swap.global.bydirection. That seemed reasonable, but it can be
renamed or moved to a more suitable place if needed.
This code depends on the patch in FS#1037. In fact, the auxiliar code that gets
the next client in some direction, is pretty much the same in FS#1037 and in
here. Now it is duplicated, but I think it makes sense to reuse it. If you
suggest a good place to put the shared code, I could do it in a later patch.
