Details - When I restart awesome while the focus is on a window and there is no
window on the first tag, I can't use keybindings until I click a wibox.
Steps to reproduce:
open a window in the second tag
don't have any windows in the first tags
focus the window in the second tag
restart awesome
try keybindings
expected: keybindings work.
keybindings don't work.
click wibox
keybindings work again.
