FS#1103 - gears.wallpaper functions fail with xerror 792 User who did this - Stefan Falkner (sfalkner) ---------- I ran awesome under xtrace with the options you suggested (see attached file). Playing around with it, I started awesome with the default configuration as root. I was suprised to see the background image, but the xerror 795 still showed up on the console where I start the Xserver.
