>From a quick glance at your config file I saw that you still use the "old", i.e. 3.1, way to define layouts as well as keybindings, you could take a look at the new default awesome config, and port the changes to your config or since your config looks to be pretty much the default config you could also use the new default config and port the changes you made to your config to the new one.
