Hi,
I today updated to xorg-server-1.8.0 and observed on my two gentoo
machines (very different hardware) extreme poor performance when using
keyboard to switch tags. Awesome needs about two seconds to switch a tag
and needs full cpu-power for that task. But when switching tags with
mouse using the tag list in the panel it works as fast as ever.
Maybe someone else has the same issue and can provide additional
information.
