Maybe someone in this list had had the issue before, everytime I close a
java applet the keyboard don't get restablished only after I click
anywhere else in the screen. I lookup and found this very similar case:
Its from 3 years ago in a different enviroment, no answer to it.

When focus is move from a java applet window back to firefox then the
tab is not working.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Using Firefox navigate to Lotus Web Content Management (IBM)
2. with keyboard only go with in WCM
3. Click on a link that loads the import java applet
4 Click cancel
5 The focus now is on the original Firefox window
6 Press tab. You hear a noice and the tab is not working
If you click with your mouse in to the firefox window then tab starts
working
Also if you click alt+tab to set the focus on another window and then
alt+tab to set focus back to Firefox then tab starts working
It looks like after I close the java applet window the focus is not
return to the parent firefox window. I tried this on the same firefox
version on a Linux OS and it works but is not working on a WinXP OS
then click on a link that opens a JAVA applet dialog
navigate to the cancel button
you go back to the original window
Keyboard navigation is not working
You need to click in to firefox with the mouse for the tab to start
working or pre

Actual Results:
Once you Close the java applet then the tab is not working and you
cannot keyboard navigate
Expected Results:
You should be able to keyboard navigate when the java applet window
closes without having to use the mouse or having to activate another
window and then activate the firefox window
