the fix looks fine. Note that the bug is not critical enough to be fixed
in 7u4, so please retarget it to 7u6.

I have verified that with this fix both JDK 7u4 and Apple JDK behave
equivalently for both quit strategies: CLOSE_ALL_WINDOWS and SYSTEM_EXIT_0.
