Yes, by setting up the operation step with the human resource as the 
primary resource and the machine as the secondary resource. Then the 
scheduling and time reporting is done on the operator and will be 
posted simultaneously on the secondary resource, the machine. The 
resources are assumed to be tandum, with all of the secondaries 
assumed to be reported with the primary updates. Scheduling will 
reserve all of the sresources using the times set in for the primary.

As an example of the setup the routing step would look like the 
following.

Oper No___Priority________Operation____..._Next
10________Primary_________Operator_____..._20
10________Secondary1______Machine______..._20
10________Secondary2______Tool_________..._20
20________Primary_________Resource_____..._30
30________Primary____...
