Hi all,   Correct me if i am wrong, I think this is not related to under/over delivery. from the message below i think what kenneth wants is to be able to print the PO again with 5000 quantity. See his email below: ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- "order quantity is reduced from 10,000 to 5,000, PO cannot be posted in Axapta. As a result, the PO cannot be revised and cannot be sent to vendor." ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- When the order quantity is 5000 then the status is Received thus the Posting for PO is disabled. In order to print the PO again, using the Function->Delivery reminder and add 5000 as the delivery reminder. By doing this the PO will have Open order status and then you can print PO. Of course it is not a good idea to change other PO values.
