I'm not a functional specialist. But from
what I noticed in our
projects is : RegNum is indeed the official trade
registration
number, the CoRegNum is a VAT-Number. In Belgium
CoRegNum looks like
BE XXX-XXX-XXX.
Hope this helps (and is
correct). Maybe some Guru could help us out.
