Yes, the default configuration in Axapta Configuration Utility will affect the whole workstation. But what you can do is create an AXC file for each user on the workstation. Open Axapta Configuration Utility, change de language and save the configuration on the desktop of the user and ask them to double-click that file when they want to get into Axapta. The language save in the configuration file will then be used.
