Anil gave me an idea where to look and what possibly to do. Had to look for more info on Net. Thanks for your suggestion.

That action is available only in SQL 2000, not 7.0!!!

You will have to detach and attach it (after deleting log file manually), from query analyzer. Search in Internet. The key procedures to do this are sp_detach_db and sp_detach_db.
