It is not recommended to have DB/IIS on the same server! This is a big security flaw. If you have a 3-tiered solution in use, a good thing is to place the IIS server in DMZ, and open the firewall for traffic to LAN on AOS port only. I have experimented with Enterprise Portal and I got it to without going thru an AOS (2-Tier).
