It is Axapta’s standard/best practice to create a class to load your report. You should then create an action MenuItem for the class. Set the class property to class and the object property to the name of the report. Add a new MenuItemButton control to the design of the form and set the MenuItemType to output and the MenuItemName to the name of the MenuItem created. Set any other required properties of the MenuItemButton.
