As per my exp, it could be of 2 reasons since its printing, not fully though.
 
1. Did you check the width ?. It should be more than the length of the printing info.
2. Does the header contain multiple lines?. Then you need to set the multiline property to YES.
 
Please let us know if I am wrong.
