Hi,
I am trying to simulate your case in my environment. we can't delete POs if they are in 'Received' status. I am wondering How come users deleted them. But, I have just checked with a friend of mine , and his reply is :
"
Oops, that ‘s not possible they are “voided” (parameter) but you can not restore them to life.
I thought it was impossible to kill an order in the status “received”>
I am wondering if any one from this group has such problems or you can log a case with MS if you have support contract with MS.
I am crossing fingers if any one can simulate and help us.......
Best of luck,
Regards,
Subbu

Subbu,
Yes. The purchase orders in question had packing slips posted
against them. But those receipts had not been invoiced yet. The
users deleted the purchase orders and re-created them with new PO
numbers and re-entered the packing slips. Unfortunately, now our
inventory has been updated twice. I would like to resurrect the old
purchase orders and correct them.
I have now told the users they cannot delete purchase orders if there
are open postings, such as this, on them. They must first invoice
and complete the lines, or reverse the packing slips that were
posted.
