As far as I know you will have to register both of them on separate computers if you want to use both at the same time. Only one COM connector can be registered and use on a compter at a time.

When I register the Play Config File  and go into my Live system the test on the buisness connector says it is the Play system and vica versa.
 
I am missing the trick.
 
Under Licences it has registered 2 Com Clients.
