These 3 startup commands where created by MBS for their internal needs.
1st one designed to set new version number (but you can't re-use it as is if you don't work in SYS,SYP,GLS or GLP)
2nd one is to update build number with new value (normally used after first one)
3rd one - I am not sure what for..
