Hi Yifat/Harry

On the item form, select the setup button, than warehouse items, it shows a list of possible warehouses for the item you are looking at.

I believe there should be an entry in here to represent the item that would actually be in stock for that warehouse.

In our stocktake, it keep locking the items, until I entered the warehouse number in here.

I don't understand why Axapta does not do this for us, We are on Axapta 3.0 sp1, maybe they have fixed it....

I do need run a job that will populate this table based on what is actually in stock in all warehouses for all items.

I believe this will need to be populated before we create the counting journals.

Rocco

If I can add a comment here.  We are in the middle of an
implemenation and during our testing found that the counting journal
locked the items during the countm which was fine. But after the
count was complete the items remained locked.  MBS in Fargo (USA)
provided a fix for us for this.  Perhaps you can source this fix
through your MBS contacts.
