 I think it is not a good idea to publish questions on this forum or even circulate it privately, as it is compromising the seriousness of the exam and there by the value of your certification. 
 
Earlier also there were so many requests and long discussion going on this group. I feel that if you take the MBS eCourse Finance I, Finance II and Fixed Assets you can surely get your certificate.  
 
  I know the ecourses are costly but if your organization wants you to be certified then they should invest some money in order to get the benefits. Also one should not forget that, by only doing these ecourses doesn't help, but one should have atleast one to two years  implementation experience. 
 
After working for nearly 4 years with Axapta , I started taking my certification in last 6 months and as of today  I am certified in 4 exams, the last being Finance which I passed today. Further most of the questions are from the ecourse and some of them were based on your practical experience with the Axapta.
