All tables in Axapta have a property with the name SaveDataPerCompany. Default the value for this property is YES. This means that the DataAreaId will be used to ensure that data will be specific to each compnay when stored. If you would like to change this for a particular table you may change the property value to NO. This means that the data stored in this table will be visible (common) to all companies.
