When printing onto custom paper sizes from Axapta we have a problem
that the paper size is not picked up correctly from the default
printer. The result is that the initial sizing of the report(in this
case a customised invoice) is wrong. Choosing the right printer and
paper size from here does not have any effect on the final print. It
uses the correct choice of portrait but the length of the page is
still that of A4 (297 mm) with the result that the totals at the
bottom of the invoice is cut off. The next invoice is started in the
correct place meaning the printer knows which size it is using(?).
The paper we are attempting to use is 11.5 inches wide by 8.5 inches
high on an OKI 2400 form printer using Epson FX100 drivers emulating
Epson. The choices for setup on the printer itself is limited.

We have a similar problem when printing cheques, the page is advanced
2mm after each print - also seems to be related to paper size.(Using
a Fujitsu DL 1200)

My question: Where/how do you specify the default page size and
orientation for an Axapta report. Can anybody help please!!
