Post & Post Transfer
Example : when there are few transactions in a batch & 1 of the transaction has error.
 
Select post, system will not post until the transaction with error is solve.
Select post transfer, system will post all transaction except the 1 with error. At the same time system will transfer the transaction with error to a new batch (new journal #).
Validate & Validate Voucher
Validate - system will validate all transactions (vouchers) in the batch.
Validate Voucher -  system only validate the specific voucher only.
 
Both validate & validate voucher do not post transaction to update in GL.
