Hi Mairi,
In the Printer and Fax folder of Control panel,
in the file menu click Server properties.
On the Forms Tab ,check the create form box and
specify the width and height and save it with a
name.The saved name will appear on the paper size of
the printer driver.Try to create in the machine where
the printer is installed
