Unfortunately this does not help me. What I need is
 
1. Has anyone increased the open cursor limit?
2. Do I need to know something before I increase this limit?
3. Any suggestions as to how to determine the new limit?

Hi Harry,

You can set the open cursor limit on "Axapta Configuration Utility".You can see "Max.Open Cursor" setting in "Database" tab. If you use 3 tier thin client, you can set it from Axapta Object Server, another else from client.

users @one of our client keep on getting message about upper limit of open cursors while viewing the item transactions (from on hand item form).
 
This part of the code is standard axapta no modifications
 
1. Has anyone increased the open cursor limit?
2. Do I need to know something before I increase this limit?
3. Any suggestions as to how to determine the new limit?
