Hi Sri ram, If you want to have 1 serial number per 1 item, Give check to serial number control in dimension group. Attach manual serial number group to Item. And in the PO line, don't put the serial number selection (cause you want to have manual serial no and 1 item=1 serial number), and then click the Inventory -> Registration in the PO line. Cause you want 1 item = 1 serial number, you have to split them and then post the registration. After you post the packing slip you can see 1 item with 1 serial number
