Thanks Maurice. In our scenario, we have got many D/Tops. So my architecture plans are as follows.
1. Database server - 1 (Backup is planned seperately) 2. Application server - 1 3. AOS Server (Quanity depends on the usage). Otherwise Application server will be having both logics & Files. Now my doubt is , since Iam planning to keep my D/Tops are as thin clients, whether I have to load anything on client machines? I understood from some sources that I have to only check whether IE is working or not on the client. Is it true ? Moreover, what exactly the meaning of application files and business logics ? Is application file means, .EXE files and what is that business logics? Is it some procedures and functions? Thanks in advance --- Maurice Cohen <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > The application server is where the Axapta > application file resides. It is > essentially a file server.
