[Axapta-Knowledge-Village] Poor Working set SQlservr ( SQL )

Dear all, We're running SQL2K EE (sp3a) and  Windows 2K3 ( SP1) with 16 GB physical memory , we already set : Boot.ini /3GB /PAE AWE enabled sql memory setting dynamic 0 to 14 GB set working set to 1 but when we check working set for sqlservr is always less than 250 MB , even i have already to select a big table Does any body has the solution for this problem . thank you regrads' sas   Sharing the knowledge on Axapta.
