Hi Gökhan,
Make sure that the "End Job" selection is not switched on for both "Report as Finished" and "Costing". If this is switched on for "Report as Finished" the system cancels all reservations against raw materials. If it is switched on for "Costing" the system will not allow any transactions against the production order after "Costing". My suggestion to you would be to end the production order at the end of the month and raise a new order for the following month or split it into a new order for the remaining quantity at the end of the month before reporting as finished and costing. As an example Production Order Qty : 1000 Total BOM requirement of production : item A 2000 item B 3000 before I costed production I used 1000 A and 1500 B and reported as finished 500 goods. Before I costed with end jod UNselected that system showed me requirement for item A 1000 requirement for item B 1500 but after I costed production system does not show anymore BOM item requirement. Is there anyone knows the reason?? If this is the system works How can I cost finished goods for month by month for productions which goes on for two three months ?
