I respect your concerns; I work for a medical device company in the Minneapolis, MN area, since this is a public form not divulging the company I work for is to keep our current vendor from knowing we are looking since the process is just starting.  We have run into situations in the past where we publicly searched for systems to replace another and the tech support for the current system suffered greatly.

 

The misspelling was an over site when I set up the yahoo account this morning, and I didn’t realize it until after I posted this message...

 

We are starting to look at three systems, SAP’s Business One, Axapta, and Vantage.  We are researching the differences.  I’ve posted the same questions to the SAP Business One group, the Vantage group requires a site ID so I cannot post to that group.

15.      What is your impression of the AXAPTA Tech Support? 
16.      About how many calls/incident's a year do you contact them
with?
17.      What is the average time to resolve any issue?
18.      How often are patches and upgrades required?
19.      Is the training adequate?
20.      Do you find AXAPTA to be user friendly?
21.      What is your overall impression of AXAPTA as compared to
other system that you may have used in the past?
22.      Can you give the stability a percentage rating?  Such as 90%
available, etc...
