[Axapta-Knowledge-Village] Check Lists

Has anybody used the Check Lists in Axapta. The ones you can make by inheriting from the SysCheckList and subclasses. I tried it but couldn’t get very far as the developers guide was brief to say the least. So if any one of you has ever used it maybe you could give a few hints what to do.
