Hi Tom, Thanks for your reply. You mean 4 check boxes for "process" line on the setup tab is it? And the setup for "calculate process time" under "general" tab also checked?
I've tried to set all these things but still my secondary operations are not appear in the route card journal, what are the parameters/settings I might forget to set?
