Hi, my purpose is to safe space in my server, b'cause logically we don't need our transaction data for example 10 years ago still intact in our production database, right ?
(... if 10 years from now, I still use Axapta.. haha...) It's alright about master data, but we still need outstanding customer invoice, outstanding purchase/sales order.. etc .. so basicaly I just want to delete data such as inventory journal, ledger journal, etc, and all tables related which the transaction date is 5 years backward from now.
