hey,
 
u mean those templates that can be created on master tables? incase i have item groups and user access rights based on it and i created a global template for the company how can i link this template to a group of users and will it have same access rights as per the group?? can i control access rights  the template or how can i define access rights to a template.

I just want to check if there is any way when creating an item, to make by default the "stopped" check mark under the tab "quantity" in the all 3 columns purchase,inventory and sales, be checked by default. if possible not through coding just through a field table property or form property???
