Hi Jesse These are systems accounts that are used for automatic transactions. The specified rounding errors will be posted to the selected accounts automatically. When you first set up Axapta or after a service pack update you use the create button on the system accounts form to automatically create the available system accounts that will be used for automatic transaction posting to the specified ledger accounts. The Error Account, Penny Difference, and Year-end Result system accounts are mandatory. The other system accounts are setup depending on if you use that functionality or not.
