Hi Santosh, for intercompany trade setup first you have to define external code for customer vendor item as per your requirement. Then create one organization in *Basic--> SetUp--> Gateway --> Organization. *Here in Intercompany field group of general tab you have check *intercompany Organization *check box & select other company. make sure you have not specified any value in both fields of field group *Transport*. Now through references define your customer or vendor. There after define possible action for your newly created organization by clicking *Possible Action* button. thereafter by clicking button *SetUp* of form *possible action,* do the document setup.
In Same manner you have to define external code for customer, vendor, item in second company then repeat same steps to link both companies.
