am guessing that there is user information stored in Axapta that we are
unable to get access too.  

Need someone from Microsft or familiar with the kernel to clarify if
this is the case.

After uninstalling the Axapta client, I spun through his registry,
didn't
find anything (but  maybe I was looking for the wrong thing).

A new user record works fine.

Still scratching my head...
