I am interested to your statement "when the Item not have any specific cost
attach to.". Do you mean the BOMline item or finished goods item? Do you
mind to explain it further? I experienced once that one pick list line costs
a very huge amount after production costing run, but when I trace the
inventtrans there is no line mentioning that the specific item has purchased
(input) with a big value. I still don't have any explanation on this.

Long time a go I have the same problem with couple customers. This problem
can be produced by the Item cost calculation in production orders, when the
Item not have any specific cost attach to. If you want, please send me an
