Hi Andrew According to SQL Books online you have to use AWE to use more than 4GB. Check books online for details on how to enable AWE.

Do we use AWE to allow Axapta/SQL access to the other 12GB? Do we need to set LockedPages to improve performance? Any help greatly appreciated.
