Hi Eddie ,
You can not do much at Sales Order level as both orders have same delivery
dates.But at the Production Order level you can assign HIGHER Priority number
(Production Order --> Setup tab) for the promotion parts . Then when you run
Scheduling for Multiple production orders, Higher priority number orders are
scheduled first.

For example, there is two sales orders for the same item, with the
same delivery date. The one sales order for the specific customer is
on a promotion and should take priority when scheduling is done. (The
whole sales order is considered to be a promotion.)
Anybody know how to solve this in standard Ax 3.0?
