Hi Rick,
I found that if you delete record in "tools/Development
tools/application objects/usage data" go to report selections tab and
delete records for "InventOnHand" for a particular user then he/she
can perform selection again. This is I would consider as a microsoft
minor bug because I could not find any reason why they put on rules
like this.
