Hi Kevin, I'm pretty new to Axapta, but I don't believe there is any credit card functionality built in. So you must be using third party software (which is not part of Axapta).
I would explore a solution through the MFR of the third party application. I could be wrong of course. Without seeing your setup, it's hard to say what's going on. Before enabling the Remote Desktop, we could access the "authorize prepaid credit card cancellations" which would credit a customers credit card in near real time. When we submitted the transaction would pop a window saying accepts with a process number. After we enabled Remote Desktop, we get a "Declined" in a simple window with no codes. I have tried this one more than one machine, so I have narrowed to the installation of Remote Desktop. Question is, is it a XP issue or an Axapta issue, and how can I fix it! Thanks!
