As per my email to you directly, check to see if you have enough AX COM licenses. Each concurrent Atlas user requires 1 AX COM license. If so, then check the online users form in AX to see if AX "thinks" the user is still logged in. Removing axdat.udb will do this however if you don't have enough AX COM licenses then there is no benefit. As far as I know this was resolved in AX 3.0 SP3. The latest copy of AX 4.0 has finally fixed code in the .logout call, in all previous version of AX (back to AX 2.1) this has never worked.
