[Axapta-Knowledge-Village] Axapta beginners

Hi..i am very much new to this tech AXAPTA, only 10 days over.i already studied the developers guide that comes up with axapta.but i m geting tough in implementing with actual coding like which method need to write for which application etc etc which is not given in details in the guide,and exploring the DEMO project takes lot of time as i dont have any prior knowledge and dont  have any materials too.Here i am requesting u if u have any Online materials or any book that is available in market, then pls suggest me.I m a member of Axapta-knowledge-village and got ur Email id from there only.
