I am in the process of implementing Customer Relationship Management at my company, a beverage manufacturing and distribution firm. However, it seems like a very grey area to us all as we are the first company in Jamaica attempting to implement it. Is there anyone in this group who has implemented CRM who could give me some tips and pointers for starting?
I would really appreciate it.
